DOA (Dead on Arrival) Terms

                                                                             

1. DOA Policy:

​

• We offer a DOA guarantee on all corals. If your coral arrives dead, we will provide a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below.

 

2. Conditions for DOA Claims:

​

• The DOA guarantee applies only to corals shipped overnight via our approved carriers.

• You must contact us within 1 hour of receiving the coral to report any DOA.

• Clear photos of the coral in the original, unopened bag must be provided as evidence.

3. Exclusions:

​

• The DOA policy does not cover delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.

• Corals damaged due to improper acclimation or handling by the buyer are not covered.

• Local pickup orders are not eligible for DOA claims.

 

4. Resolution:

​

• Approved DOA claims will be resolved through a replacement coral (subject to availability) or a refund of the coral’s purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

• In the case of a refund, shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Buyer Responsibility:

​

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the first delivery attempt.

• Acclimate the coral properly upon arrival to ensure its health and survival.
